Clarity Seekers Community – Terms of Agreement

Business Name: Clarity Seekers Community
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Clarity Seekers Community (the “Community”), you agree to these Terms of Agreement. If something here doesn’t feel right for you, this may not be the right time to join.
2. Membership & Subscription
The Clarity Seekers Community is offered as a subscription-based membership.
- Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- Your billing date is based on the date you originally signed up
3. Monthly Memberships
Billing:
- Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your membership at any time
- Cancellation will stop your next billing cycle
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid month
No Refunds:
- All payments are non-refundable
- If you cancel partway through a billing period, no refund will be issued for any unused time
Example: If your billing date is the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining days.
4. Annual Memberships (Legacy Plans)
Some members may be enrolled in an annual subscription plan.
Billing:
- Annual memberships are billed once every 12 months from the original sign-up date
- These subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
Cancellation:
- You’re always free to cancel
- Your access will simply continue until the end of your paid annual term
- Cancellation will stop the next annual renewal
No Refunds:
- All annual payments are non-refundable
- If you cancel partway through your annual term, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued
5. Legacy Membership Name
Some members originally joined under the name “The Master Number 11 Membership.”
- This membership is now part of the Clarity Seekers Community
- All members, regardless of when they joined or under which name, are subject to these Terms
6. Community Guidelines
This is a space for connection, growth, and mutual respect.
By participating, you agree to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Honour the privacy of what is shared within the Community
- Avoid harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any member who does not honour these guidelines, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content shared within the Community, including teachings, recordings, and materials, belongs to Ann Perry unless otherwise stated.
- These materials are for personal use only
- They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission
8. Disclaimer
The Clarity Seekers Community offers spiritual, personal development, and numerology-based guidance.
- This is for educational and informational purposes only
- It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological)
- You are responsible for how you choose to use the information provided
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Community.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Any significant changes will be communicated
- Continued participation in the Community means you accept those updates
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
